Getting there
Seven minutes from Barcelos’ centre on the N205; Transdev bus 103 does it in 15 for €1.85. Park free by the football pitch.
Walking
The Central Portuguese Way cuts straight through. Yellow arrows are unmistakable. From Porto it’s 42 km – right here, where the slope begins, is where calves first complain.

Quinta da Devesa fills any bottle with vinho verde: €2.50 white, €3 red. Saturday mornings only.
